Who we are
Pointe-Claire Steel inc. specializes in the storage, processing and distribution of flat rolled steel products.
Our story began in 1967 in a 60,000 square foot facility in Pointe-Claire, Quebec serving the province and beyond.
Green Valley Steel was founded in 1995 and grew to a production facility and storage center of 65,000 square feet in Bolton, Ontario.
In 2014, the two divisions amalgamated and Pointe-Claire Steel inc. was formed. Our seasoned and knowledgeable Sales force together with strategically located warehouses and well stocked inventory provide competitively priced high-quality Flat Rolled Steel Products including; Low and High carbon, Hot and Cold Rolled, Galvanized, Galvannealed and Aluminized Steels in various thicknesses and grades.
On May 4, 2020, Pointe Claire / Green Valley Steel Group Inc. gets acquired by Imperial Manufacturing Group, a conglomerate of businesses centred around the HVAC and building products industries with its head office located in Richibucto, New Brunswick. View the press release
Throughout this acquisition the Pointe Claire / Green Valley Steel Group Inc. get rebranded as Pointe Claire Steel Inc. a member of Imperial Manufacturing Group, with the objective to remain committed in providing its customers with the same quality and reliable service they have come to expect.
